Series 40 Infrared Heaters

Litzler Series 40 heaters are efficient medium wavelength infrared strip heaters designed for general industrial process heating applications.

• Operates at element temperatures up to 1500 F (2.6 micron-peak)
• Designs up to 40 watts per square inch
• Includes faceplates of Corning Vycor®
• Vycor® faceplates are supplied in sections – not welded
• Completely field serviceable
• Resistance load can be reliably controlled
• Adjustable mounting brackets supplied with heater
• Can be mounted horizontally or vertically
• Heats up to processing temperatures in about 2 to 4 minutes
• High performance and productivity: actual in-process efficiencies exceeding 75% have been proven – reduced energy costs and increased process speeds
